      This apprenticeship is designed for individuals with management responsibilities who lead teams, projects, or departments within an organisation. Suitable across a wide range of industries, the programme develops the knowledge and skills needed to manage operations effectively and support organisational objectives.

    Course Information

    Start date: 24th June 2026

    Course Duration: 24 Months

    Delivery method

    • Classroom delivery
    • One day per month 

    The apprentice will work towards the Operations Manager Apprenticeship standard at Level 5.

    Functional Skills in Maths and English at Level 2 may also be required prior to completion, unless exemptions are already held.

    During the apprenticeship, the employer and Access Trainer will agree when the apprentice is ready for the End Point Assessment (EPA).

    An independent assessment organisation will carry out the EPA to confirm the apprentice has met all requirements of the standard.

    EPA typically includes:

    • Project proposal, presentation and questioning
    • Professional discussion underpinned by portfolio of evidence.
