Course Duration: 24 Months
Delivery method
The apprentice will work towards the Operations Manager Apprenticeship standard at Level 5.
Functional Skills in Maths and English at Level 2 may also be required prior to completion, unless exemptions are already held.
During the apprenticeship, the employer and Access Trainer will agree when the apprentice is ready for the End Point Assessment (EPA).
An independent assessment organisation will carry out the EPA to confirm the apprentice has met all requirements of the standard.
