      Course Overview

      Conflict is a natural part of working relationships, but when managed effectively it can lead to stronger teams, improved communication and better outcomes. This course explores the causes of workplace conflict, the role of emotional intelligence and unconscious bias, and practical approaches to resolving disagreements. Participants will develop their confidence through simulated conflict resolution and negotiation activities, applying proven models and techniques in a safe learning environment.
