    Refer a Friend Scheme

    Over recent years we have continued to increase the number of Apprenticeships we offer, and our achievement rates continue to be well above local and national averages.   We are very proud of the positive feedback we get from learners and employers and we have decided to reward learners who recommend us to family or friends by introducing a Bonus Scheme.

    Introduce a Friend (Bonus) Scheme

    We are offering a bonus of £50 for every individual you introduce to us and who subsequently joins one of the following apprenticeships:

    • Accounting 
    • Business Administration
    • Customer Service
    • Fire Emergency & Security Systems
    • Human Resources
    • Management
    • Project Management
    • Teaching Assistant

    There are two different types of referrals you may make:

    Employed Referrals – Individuals may be friends, relatives or work colleagues.  They have to be employed in a relevant area (see above) and be keen to undertake a training programme with us.  We train people of all ages through Apprenticeships – whether a new or more experienced member of staff.  As long as we can reach agreement with their employer, and they start training with us you would receive your bonus.

    Vacancies – Individuals may be friends or relatives that would need to apply for an apprenticeship vacancy with Access and, once successful and they start training with us, you would receive your bonus.

    The more friends you introduce, the more you receive!

    Refer a friend

    How does it work?

    Simple – all you have to do is:

    Send an email to hello@accesstraining.org giving the following details:

    • Your name and address
    • Name and age of Friend(s)
    • Contact details of Friend(s) – telephone number or email
    • Employment details (if already employed) – and the occupational area if interest (eg Administration or Accounts etc)
    • Occupational area of interest for vacancies (eg Administration or accounts etc)

    We will follow up all introductions (within 7 days) and advise you if the introduction has been successful.

    We will pay you by bank transfer (£50) for each individual who starts an Apprenticeship with us (and who completes the first six weeks in training).
