Mental Health First Aid in The Workplace (RQF)
Course Overview
Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many people lack the confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling or know how best to support them. The QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) is an Ofqual-regulated qualification designed to increase awareness of mental health, reduce stigma and develop practical skills to support colleagues experiencing mental health challenges.
Participants will gain an understanding of common mental health conditions, the role of a Mental Health First Aider, and how to signpost individuals to appropriate professional support. The course also explores how organisations can create a positive mental health culture and implement effective workplace support strategies.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive the QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) certification.
