Learn the fundamentals you need to confidently lead a team. From building strong stakeholder relationships and managing data and information, to overseeing budgets and contributing to key projects, you’ll gain access to industry-proven strategies for managing people and resources effectively.
Learners will also build an understanding of key management areas such as performance management, resource planning, and continuous improvement, enabling them to confidently support both team and business objectives.
What will you learn?
Apprentices will develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to manage people effectively, organise workloads, and support performance. This includes leading and motivating teams, communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, managing operational plans, and contributing to problem-solving and decision-making.

The Team Leader Level 3 apprenticeship is designed for individuals moving into first-line management or supervisory roles. It is suitable for those responsible for leading teams, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping to deliver organisational goals across a range of sectors.

Course Duration: 18 Months
Delivery method
The apprentice will work towards the Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship standard at Level 3.
Functional Skills in Maths and English at Level 2 may also be required prior to completion, unless exemptions are already held.
During the apprenticeship, the employer and Access Trainer will agree when the apprentice is ready for the End Point Assessment (EPA).
An independent assessment organisation will carry out the EPA to confirm the apprentice has met all requirements of the standard. EPA includes:
