    Root Cause Analysis

This course will equip participants with practical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to identify the underlying causes of workplace issues, implement effective solutions and prevent problems from recurring.

    Course Overview

Effective problem solving requires more than treating symptoms. This practical course introduces a structured six-step Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, providing participants with the tools and techniques needed to investigate problems thoroughly and identify their underlying causes. Learners will explore a range of recognised analysis and prevention methodologies, enabling them to develop sustainable solutions that improve performance, reduce risk and support continuous improvement within their organisation.

    Benefits to the organisation

    • Improve problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Reduce recurring issues by addressing root causes rather than symptoms.
