    Stepping into a leadership role requires more than technical expertise. This practical and interactive course provides aspiring team leaders with an introduction to the key skills and behaviours needed to lead people successfully. Participants will explore leadership styles, emotional intelligence, coaching techniques, goal setting and conflict management, while also developing the confidence to showcase their leadership potential in future career opportunities.
